A reading group for Catholics and non-Catholics interested in exploring a wide range of reading on the Catholic Faith. ALL ARE WELCOME!
The Catholic Reading Group is a gathering of Catholics and non-Catholics interested in exploring a wide range of reading on the Catholic Faith and discussing their reading from a lay perspective in a seminar-style setting, with a moderator, in order to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Faith.
Reading selections will be drawn from many sources and topics, including:
The Bible • Catechism of the Catholic Church • Church Fathers • Doctors of the Church • Spiritual and Devotional Classics • Papal Encyclicals and Church Documents, Theology, Doctrine and Apologetics • Catholic Novels, Short Stories, Poetry, Drama and Essays • Liturgy • Church History • Saints • Biographies of Notable Catholics • Canon Law • Social Teachings of the Catholic Church • Catholic Faith and Public Life • Contemporary Issues

Group meets on the First Sunday of the Month at 3:00 pm in the Education Building.
The reading group does not meet July & August....meetings resume in September.
