Extraordinary Ministers to the Sick & Homebound - These Ministers assist the Priests in distributing Holy Communion to the sick and homebound. Training, Fingerprinting, and Safe Environment Training are provided. (Contact Sister Lucia 595-4610)
HEALTH MINISTRIES
Health Ministries - A team of volunteer health professionals provides health education, conducts blood pressure screening, prescription taking, annual health fair and arranges for parish blood drives. If you are a health care professional, your skill is greatly needed by our parish. (Contact Parish Office 595-4610)
HOMELESS MINISTRY
Homeless Ministry - This ministry gathers on Mondays to prepare meals for the homeless at Pinellas Hope. The group is always in need of food. (Contact Rich & Pat Jennings (727) 289-7550)
LEGION OF MARY
The Legion of Mary is an international Catholic lay movement, which aims to collaborate in the Church’s mission of evangelization. Its members engage in the direct religious apostolate, especially towards those most remote from the Church’s influence. The Legion performs spiritual works of mercy by visiting the homebound, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, praying for those in need and who request prayer, and evangelization in the Parish. LifeLine Ministry - LifeLife Foodbank Ministry accepts food and clothing for needy families in our Parish as well as assisting other churches and entities. Volunteers collect, sort and deliver items. (Contact Fred Bach (727) 595-4610).
