MARIE T. RONNLOF Chair 2 Year Term Marie was born in Minnesota and moved to Florida in 1982. She formed and chaired the Florida Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation for 24 years and served on its National Board for 9 years. She has been a member of St. Jerome since 1982, and has served in various ministries through the years and presently serves on the Parish Council, Finance Council and Vocations Awareness ministry.
JOHN W RONNLOF, III Secretary 2 Year Term John was born in Pensacola and moved to Pinellas County, Florida in 1957. He is married to Marie Ronnlof and has four children. BA in Accounting at USF. John retired from Allstate Insurance Company in 2017, after 45 years of service. He has been a member of St. Jerome since 2000, and has served on the Stewardship Committee, and has been a reader for many years and also serves as a Eucharistic Minister. He presently serves on the Parish Council, Finance Council and leads the Readers Ministry.
LISA MONK 1 Year Term Lisa Monk joined St Jerome’s when her family moved from western Pennsylvania to Florida in 1999. She has been active in various ministries over the years but is most known for being an Usher at the 7:30 Mass. She lives in Seminole with her family.
WILLIAM R SPIRES 2 Year Term Bill Spires has been a member of St. Jerome’s since 1984 and is married to Dr. Sheila Deck Spires. He is a retired educator, counselor and administrator after 41 years of service. Bill was a member of the St. Jerome Chorale and is supportive of St. Jerome’s in various capacities.
LORI PUTERBAUGH 1 Year Term My husband Gerry and I, and our daughter, Kristen, joined St. Jerome Catholic Church right after moving to Florida in November 1990. Over the years I have been able to take part in numerous ministries at the parish, including the Bethlehem Center, Faith Formation, Antioch, Grief Support, facilitating workshops on grief and parenting, art, hospitality, evangelization including Alpha, and pastoral care for the sick. I was commissioned in Lay Pastoral Ministry by the Diocese of St. Petersburg in 2005, and am involved in service to the Diocese of St. Petersburg Office of Vocations (the Diaconate), Office of Marriage & Family Ministries, and Spirit FM. I am a psychotherapist and college instructor, and spent 12 years as a guidance counselor in parochial schools in our Diocese.
CHRISTINE MITCHELL 2 Year Term Christine Mitchell was raised in Florida and has lived in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area since 2002. She is a wife and mother of two girls and places great importance on teaching her daughters the value of hard work, integrity, honesty, and doing the right thing by others. Christine grew up in the Catholic Church and she, along with her husband, Ryan, are now raising their daughters in our beautiful Church. Christine is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a BA in Advertising and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg where she received an MBA in Marketing and International Business. After graduating from the University of Florida, Christine launched a career in the luxury jewelry industry, which led to marketing, sales, and management positions in multi-million dollar jewelry companies. She also worked as a marketing consultant for non-profits, start-ups, and established businesses. After taking some time off to raise her little girls, Christine is now putting her sales and marketing skills to work as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty of Seminole.
ANA-MARIA CARNESOLTAS 1 Year Term Ana-Maria Carnesoltas was born in Havana, Cuba. In 1962 she came to the U.S. escaping communism through the Catholic Welfare’s Operation Pedro Pan. She graduated from Righetti High School in Santa Maria, California and attended the University of California in Santa Barbara where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She worked as a Deputy Probation Officer in Santa Barbara County, California and later attended law school at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles. She was recruited by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida and moved to Miami in 1980. In 1987 she became a Miami-Dade County Judge. She moved to Pinellas County in 2004 where she has practiced law until her recent retirement after 40 years trying cases.
Ana-Maria has been very active in the Catholic Church since she was a young girl. She attended Kindergarten at the French Domique’s school where she was asked to portray Bernatte the school’s celebration of Our Lady of Lourdes. She participated in the Youth Catholic Action Association and has served as Parish Council member at Little Flower Church in Coral Gables, Florida, where she led the Divorced and Separated group. She was a lector, Eucharistic minister and leader of the Emmaus Retreat at Epiphany Catholic Church in South Miami. She has been attending St. Jerome Catholic Church for the last four years and was of the team members of the Alpha Program. Ana-Maria has one daughter, Caroline.
